Great location for an early flight from Florence airport, with very reasonable shuttle service.

Had really nice 1 night here. The room was average sized and functional with large balcony and I enjoyed amazingly kind staff. The location was good and perfect, not too far from Santa Maria a Peretola. You could walk to a market and shops. Finally, the hotel's restaurant was good for dinner.

Well, the area was not so nice overall.

The noise levels are a real issue. Sounds from neighboring rooms penetrate easily. The hotel lacks proper reception and has difficulties with access, requiring navigation through busy roads without sidewalks. The room's amenities are basic, with a kettle provided but no tea or coffee, and breakfast options are both limited and costly.

Very good If you wanna stay in Florence for one day/night. Good breakfast, helpfull staff.

Desk Staff were very helpful with our booking and making Taxi arrangements to get to the Airport. The Hotel allowed us to store luggage before the room was ready and worked hard to get us in earlier than usual.

Location is good for accessing the Airport but access to the Hotel is more difficult for travelers. It is squeezed in between several high rise buildings.

The location was brilliant and easy, next to Close to the airport and the autoroute from Pisa. Also, it was 3 km from Le Cascine.

- Room not so clean, frigobar did not work, hairdrier did not work but was replaced, no hot water in the first morning, old tv, breakfast not so good

Digital key access was easy, and the location was super convenient for quick airport access. Loved the inviting outdoor garden area too!

Clean, quiet rooms drew me in immediately. The bed offered a comfortable night's sleep. I appreciated the proximity to the tram station. The helpful staff made a big difference, quickly resolving a hiccup with the app for check-in. The breakfast, with fresh-pressed juice and pastries, displayed thoughtful offerings at a reasonable price. Navigating the entrance due to the app's requirements and limited onsite personnel was frustrating, especially when I struggled to connect my phone for access. Another downside was the distance from restaurants, requiring a bit of a trek to find dining options. Despite these hiccups, the patio provided a lovely space to unwind after my day.

I liked the young woman who worked the desk and bar the night I got in. She was one of the most helpful people I meet in Italy. Near starvation after traveling all day, she got on the phone and rounded me up food and had it delivered to the hotel. All with a big smile. Thanks JAH

We could park our car there and take a 15 minute bus ride into city centre

This was my second stay. The staff are wonderful, genuinely friendly and helpful. Close to airport though a bit hard to find without a very detailed map. Free parking. Direct city bus into center city. Would definitely stay again.

No complaints about hotel. We got seriously lost trying to find it in the dark. Phone number is not up to date on Bookings.com.

The purpose of the booking was to get an hotel close to the airport. So, Franchi is one of the closest. No problem. The reception people are really kind and extremely helpful. They gave us all relevant informations about how to go in the city, etc.

The hotel is located close to a motorway and a railroad. So, it is really noisy, even with closed windows. Inside the hotel we could also hear what happened in the adjacent rooms... And finally the surrounded area is also not very peaceful...
